Spend a penny... (or ‘Diary of a toilet’ ... how about ‘A day in the life’ ?)
Toilets inside the brewery may have been convenient, but as the Railway Goods Shed is a heritage listed building the practicalities of construction would have been a nightmare to complete. Building a Brewery
The process of building the brewery began in 2003 and included the construction of a pilot rig at Bethany Wines in the Barossa Valley. While the brewery has involved a great deal of planning and paperwork, one of the most exciting aspects has been the purchase and installation of a mill and gleaming 22 Hectolitre brew house and a bottling line. The renovated shed has seen on going internal construction over the last few months, but the bar and brew house are now nearing completion.
